1. Where is the premiere lounge located?

The premiere lounge, or known as pre-screen, is located within Shaw Theatres nex. Lounge access is normally reserved exclusively for premiere patrons to chill out with their favourite wines and foods before their movie event in private screening rooms and leather seats.

2. What is the Special Daytime Access to premiere lounge?

We are opening the premiere lounge for Special Daytime Access on Mondays to Thursdays* from 10am-5pm. Experience the comfort of the lounge, no movie ticket required.
During these Special Daytime Access hours, the lounge is open to all, whether you are a moviegoer or just looking for a place to relax, work, or meet during the day.

3. Do I need a movie ticket to access the lounge during the Special Daytime Access hours?

No, a movie ticket is not required during the Special Daytime Access hours. Feel free to visit us just to enjoy the space and our gourmet food and beverage offerings.
Please note that outside of the Special Daytime Access hours, access to the lounge remains reserved exclusively for premiere patrons and a premiere ticket will be required for entry.

4. What services and amenities are available in the lounge during the Special Daytime Access?

The premiere lounge offers comfortable seating, premium food and beverage service from our in-house kitchen, and a serene environment perfect for relaxation or work. Enjoy our curated menu from small bites to full meals, or approach our friendly wait-staff for all-time favourite recommendations.

5. How long can I stay in the lounge during the Special Daytime Access?

Guests are welcome to stay in the lounge for up to 90 minutes for dine-ins. This time limit helps us to manage the limited seating arrangement to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone. Please note that last orders are taken at 5pm.

6. Can I take my food and drinks from the lounge into the cinema halls?

Yes, selected food from the lounge is allowed for takeaway and consumption in our cinema halls. Please enquire with our staff about specific dishes when placing your order.

7. What should I do if my movie starts before the Special Daytime Access hours?

For our premiere guests, the lounge opens 30 minutes before the first screening of the day – you can present your premiere movie ticket for entry. We also offer in-hall dining services during your movie. Simply place your order upon your arrival and we will deliver your selections right to your seat so you can enjoy a seamless and relaxing movie experience.

For all our other moviegoers, you are welcome to visit the lounge after your early morning movie screening. It’s a great way to discuss the film over a delicious meal or a refreshing drink.

8. Is there a way to reserve lounge access for after my movie screening?

Our lounge operates on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage you to visit right after your screening to enjoy our amenities. While we don’t accept reservations, we strive to accommodate all our guests comfortably.

9. Can I host meetings or reserve the lounge for a private daytime event?

Yes, our premiere halls and lounge are available for meetings and private events. Please contact our Corporate Sales team at sales@shaw.com.sg for more details on how to reserve the space for meetings, private parties, or special occasions.
