Here's how you can redeem:

Present the eVoucher on your SAFRA app at any Shaw box office.
Select a movie that is screening on the same day.
Complete the redemption by scanning QR code provided by Shaw Box office

Terms and conditions:

Valid for the first 600 redemptions on each Friday from 13 Jun – 18 Jul 2025 only.

Promotion is valid on Fri, 13, 20, 27 Jun and 04, 11 and 18 Jul 2025.

Each valid SAFRA member is entitled to 1 redemption of 1 ticket, on a first-come, first-served basis, while
stocks last.

To ensure fairness, individuals redeeming on behalf of their dependents must rejoin the queue for each additional redemption.

The e-voucher is only valid for exchange to One standard 2D (physical) movie ticket at Shaw Box Office Counter.

The e-Voucher must be presented at Shaw Box Office Counter.

Valid for redemption at any Shaw Theatres box office for shows on the same day only.

Promotion is valid for the purchase of same day 2D movie ticket. Not valid for advance ticket sales.

Not valid for premium priced movies i.e IMAX, Shaw Theatres premiere, Shaw Theatres Lumiere, Shaw Theatres Dreamers, 3D films, Hindi/Tamil films, Anime, movie marathons, film festival and other special event tickets.

Not valid for online, mobile booking or purchase at self-service kiosks. e-Voucher must be redeemed in person.

Not valid with other discounts, offers or promotions.

Not valid for sneak previews and first 2 weeks screening of selected blockbuster titles as required by film distributors restrictions.

E-voucher is strictly not for resale.

E-voucher is void upon expiry.
